His professional career includes executive positions and management at Corporate Banking & Client Corporate Coverage, Financial Institutions, Corporate Finance, Shipping Finance, Trade Finance, Loan Syndications, Debt Capital Markets, Corporate Advisory/M&A, and Correspondent Banking businesses. Business skills include extensive experience supporting the oil & gas, energy, chemicals, metals & mining, soft commodities amongst other diversified industries apart from significant transaction experience in the Americas, Asia, Africa, Europe, and Middle East markets, including relevant transactions involving the Korea, China, Europe and the US business corridors. Mihailo received a Bachelor´s degree in Philosophy and Chemical Engineering and a Master´s degree in Finance from Fundacao Getulio Vargas.

Roberto Fakhoury Junior has over 15 years of experience as controller in banks, companies and offices. He was responsible for the definition and implementation of policies, methods, procedures and operational processes in the financial, administrative, accounting and collection areas for the places where he passed. He is graduated in Economy with specialization in Financial Management from FAAP besides many other specialization programs such as legal administration by GV Law, corporate & tax accounting by FIPECAFI and risks & compliance by TREVISAN. He is certified CPA 20 by ANBIMA.

He has been working over 25 years in financial markets with experience in directing business and leading teams in Corporate Banking and Structured Trade Finance in Brazil and Europe. Prior to joining to DoubleBlue Capital, he worked in senior positions at companies such as Bank of China, ItauBBA International (Europe), Banco Barclays e Galicia and Banco Nacional. Victor received a Bachelor´s degree in Electrical Engineering from USP – Universidade de São Paulo and a MBA in Corporate Finance from Insper and he is certified CPA 20 by ANBIMA.

Carlos Cavalcanti

Senior Partner, Structuring

Profile

Executive with over 30 years of experience in the financial markets. Prior to joining DoubleBlue Capital he was responsible for the Structured Finance and Product Development area of Banco Mizuho do Brasil (2013-2017) where he was primarily focusing on structured finance, project finance, structured trade finance and securitization, covering Brazil and Latin America. His professional banking career also includes senior positions at Banco WestLB do Brasil (2000-2013), Banco Barclays e Galicia (1995-2000), Banco Nacional (1993-1995) and Banco Real (1983-1993). Carlos is graduated in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas and is certified CPA 20 by ANBIMA.

She worked in several area of interest, such as Trade Finance, Compliance, Operational Risk and mainly Corporate Banking in managing the corporate portfolio in all aspects including sales & marketing / operational risk / pre-compliance. She is graduated in Business Administration from Universidade Mackenzie and she is certified CPA 20 by ANBIMA.

Ricardo Costa

Banking career with almost 20 years of experience including JPMorgan (2001-2003) in New York and Standard Chartered (2004-2019) in São Paulo. In Standard Chartered covered Large Brazilian Corporate (2007-2015) and Global Multinational (2016-2019). Industry knowledge of Energy, Pulp, Chemical, Metals & Mining, Industrial, Soft Commodities, Automotive, Heavy Machinery, Pharmaceutical and Shipping. Experience in the areas of Corporate, Project and Trade Finance, Supply Chain & Working Capital, Global Financial Markets & Derivatives, Debt Capital Markets and Investment Treasury products. Ricardo obtained a Bachelors Degree in International Marketing and a Master of Business Administration in Financial Management from Pace University in New York City in 2003.
